Workflow Automation × Solo Founder

Fewer people. Same work, done.

I build systems that keep work moving even when you cannot hire more people. Fewer manual steps, less copy-and-paste: on a factory floor I cut 100 hours of work per month. No jargon needed — just tell me what is getting in the way.

Digitizing daily work

Zero jargon, all the way to something you can use.

I step into the day-to-day of small businesses and independent shops and replace the work running on Excel, paper, and verbal handoffs with AI and web systems. As a product engineer, I handle planning, design, build, launch, and improvements myself, so nothing stalls on "I don't quite get it." And launch isn't the finish line — I stay until it's working in your everyday operations.

Designed straight from your real problems

I start by listening to how the work actually happens. I keep what already works and add only the systems you need.

Plain language, decisions that keep moving

No technical jargon. I lay out the options with their cost, benefit, and risk in words you can use right away.

Small tests, shown results, then scale

I don't build big from day one. We ship something small, check the numbers, and only then grow it.

Results measured on the shop floor

Systems that actually ran in production, and the hours and headcount they saved.

One source of truth for inspection data

20-30 scattered Excel files consolidated into one system, with reporting automated.

100 hours / month saved

Used by a 10-person team at a large manufacturer.

In-vehicle ECU test tool

0.1s and 0.5s precision communication that was impractical by hand, now one button press.

15 hours / month per person saved

Cut work for a 4-person team and removed input mistakes and rework.

Paper return labels, printed instantly

Handwritten product return labels replaced by one on-screen button that prints to a receipt printer.

Zero re-typing

No more writing, carrying, or copying by hand.

Personal tools

A study tool that turns AI chats into textbooks, and a tool that generates desktop apps from a prompt.

Personal projects

Shipped projects are listed under Works.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Manual Excel reports and paper re-entry always leave me short on time

Month-end tallying and re-entry quietly eat up the day

  • Our booking site, online store, LINE, and spreadsheets are all disconnected

The same information gets typed in by hand over and over

Cut daily busywork with real systems

Automate the routine tallying, re-entry, and reporting, so your team can focus on judgement and actually serving customers.

  • Bookings and enquiries can only be handled by one specific person

When that one person is away, the work stops with them

Keep customer responses running

Bookings, enquiries, and follow-up reminders are all brought together into one flow.

  • I want to try AI, but I have no idea where to start

I freeze before starting because I don't know what to try first

  • There's nobody in the company who knows IT

We introduce it, but the team never ends up using it

From first AI experiment to daily use

We test small to see whether it works, then embed it in the team once it pays off. I handle all the technical parts.

If any of these sound familiar, let's start with a conversation.

Indicative pricing

  • Website from JPY 50,000
  • App development (with database) from JPY 300,000
  • Server & domain for a website from JPY 2,000 / month
  • Server for an app from JPY 10,000 / month

  • Free workshops and seminars (held regularly)

Training and coaching are quoted per scope. Workshops are free.

Things I've built

ScholaForge
AI × Learning product

ScholaForge

A learning service that turns your conversations with AI into your own textbook, then automatically generates multiple-choice quizzes. Reading, writing, and solving happen in one continuous flow, so studying is something you can keep up.

  • Conversations become study material — not throwaway chat logs
  • One flow from reading, to questions, to quizzes
  • Five tables keep all learning history in one place

yali
OSS × Developer tooling

yali

An open-source tool that saves your instructions to AI as YAML playbooks you can share and run again. It turns the prompts that happen to work — usually stuck with one person — into an asset the whole team can use.

  • Instructions live in files, so anyone gets the same result
  • Run multiple steps in a single go
  • Install with npm, free to use

Where I've been

I joined a major automotive parts maker out of college. Self-study in 2023 turned into shipping: the company's first fully in-house web app, built solo in 2024. It went company-wide in 2025, saving a 10-person team 100 hours a month — and in 2026, while grounding myself in the fundamentals, I registered as a sole proprietor. I still learn every day, chasing the real problems people feel on the ground — by now, more than 2,000 hours in.

  1. I keep studying and join communities outside work. What I want to fix is not the improvement that looks good — it's the one that actually matters to the people doing the work.

Let's build something together

"Just curious" is enough. Listening and estimating what you can save is free, online or by email. Happy to help you sort out the problem first.
